- ESEric SkeeterNov 10, 20255.0This morning, I saw Blair in my neighborhood working on other customer's systems. My appointment to winterize was scheduled for almost two weeks from today. Our temperature is dropping below freezing tonight and I asked Blair if he thought my system would be okay for one quick cold snap. He gave me great advice. Much to my surprise, the office called me later in the day and said Blair could squeeze me in TODAY because his other jobs went quicker than expected! As usual, he did my winterization without any issues and thanked me for our business. I HIGHLY recommend Blair and Heads Up for your next install or repair! Thank you!

We have questions so we called the main number and asked for Fred to call us back 3 times. She said we don’t usually do that and we can run questions through her and she will pass it on. We just want to deal with one person who we described the situation to and knows are system. I understand trying to be efficient but just lost a customer.
