  This morning, I saw Blair in my neighborhood working on other customer's systems. My appointment to winterize was scheduled for almost two weeks from today. Our temperature is dropping below freezing tonight and I asked Blair if he thought my system would be okay for one quick cold snap. He gave me great advice. Much to my surprise, the office called me later in the day and said Blair could squeeze me in TODAY because his other jobs went quicker than expected! As usual, he did my winterization without any issues and thanked me for our business. I HIGHLY recommend Blair and Heads Up for your next install or repair! Thank you!

  We recently completed construction on our new home and our landscaper recommended using Heads Up for installing a new irrigation system and landscape lights. Brian and Bill worked closely and very well with our landscaper on the design. Their recommendations on products and placement of lighting fixtures are greatly appreciated. We really enjoy the ability to operate both systems using our mobile phones. The installation crews were great, hardworking and efficient. They also went above and beyond to install conduits for our outdoor speaker wiring. We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Heads Up and use their recommendations, especially the landscape lighting. The perfectly placed lighting greatly enhances the curb appeal of our property! We highly recommend them for your irrigation and landscape lighting needs.

  I had a sprinkler system installed by this group of professionals on 20 December 2017. The warranty on the system was for 2 years. On 14 May, 2019, I took some pictures of a crack that had developed on the pump. The pump was leaking a little water and I had intended to call Heads Up Sprinkler system's office to schedule a service call to ensure I would get the issue fixed under warranty before it elapsed. I got busy with life and forgot set up the service call and by the time I called them to take a look at the issue, it was 8 April 2020. Of course the system was not under warranty by then but I took a chance and called them anyway. Mr. Greg Gibson came out and inspected my system and covered the repairs under warranty since I was able to prove the pictures were taken within the warranty period. Considering I didn't present the pictures to him til after the warranty had expired, he didn't have to cover the repair under warranty. Situations like this make customers happy and they become repeat customers. I will always do business with this company and I have given great feedback to many homeowners in my neighborhood when they inquire on the company that installed my sprinkler system. I've had a great experience dealing with them and this is brilliant customer service.
