I was told that if I didn’t come and get my belongings by October 17, 2025, they would be thrown away. I had to travel from the Virgin Islands on October 13, 2025 and arrived in Chesapeake, VA at 1:00 AM on October 14, 2025, after multiple delays, feeling stressed, tired, and frustrated. The lady who contacted me about the fire was very unprofessional and showed no empathy or remorse when I was trying to explain to her where I would have to travel from. However, when I came to this new location, Tori Blake completely changed my experience. She was professional, kind, and understanding. Tori went above and beyond to help me get settled and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Her compassion and professionalism turned a very difficult situation into a positive one. I’m deeply grateful for her outstanding service and support.
