The facility (including bathrooms) was clean and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. The move-in and move-out processes were a breeze. The app worked flawlessly and I never once had to punch in a code. The access hrs seem to go longer than other storage facilities. And if your in a bind and need after hrs access, all you have to do is call. Moving carts were always available. The only negative thing I can think of is the motion lights would automatically go out after a few mins and I had to keep walking down the hallway to turn them back on.
