    Sarah and Allan provided truly outstanding customer service during our recent furniture purchase. Together they went above and beyond at every step; they brought down display items, made sure we received the best pricing available, and ensured everything was rung up correctly. What impressed me most was their willingness to help all the way through loading. They assisted in getting everything safely into our truck, covered it to protect it from the elements, and made sure it was secure before we left. They did all of this with positive attitudes and genuine kindness. It’s rare to experience this level of care and professionalism but Sarah and Allan made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Easily some of the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Highly recommend!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
