    I had an amazing experience at this At Home store thanks to an employee, named Alan, who truly went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I was set on getting a specific Christmas item that was sold out at all the stores closest to me. After a call, Alan took the time to help me track it down, check options, and make sure I didn’t leave disappointed. His kindness, patience, and genuine effort made a huge difference and turned what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a great experience. He did not give up on helping me, even when a different employee did. Customer service like this is rare, especially during the busy holiday season. What he did today, truly made my day special and I will continue to reiterate how appreciative I am for him! I will definitely be happy to shop here again because of this interaction! Thanks again Alan! YOU’RE THE BEST!!!!!!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
