Another family and I just waited 45 minutes and still after being called twice, no staff showed up to the paint desk. Out of all the employees walking around this building and they can’t have someone staff the paint desk, which is always busy.

This Lowe’s has a good sales staff, but that’s it. The installation crew is incompetent and incapable of communicating. They rushed through the job and left before seeing that the washing machine they installed actually worked - and no surprise, it didn’t. After spending most of the day on hold with their AI phone receiver, I was finally able to request a second team to come out and “fix” it. They couldn’t even figure out how to turn off the Control Lock they accidentally turned on. It was actually laughable. They never even tried to fix it and insisted it had to be replaced the next day. Then, they never came to replace it. I’ve now spent another 30 minutes on hold with Lowes customer service trying to figure out when they will come. Huge waste of time.

The amount in stock on the website seems to bear no resemblance to what is actually on the shelves. And not by a small amount. The employees are nice but one gets the impression they are way under staffed. Very few people ask to help you or are anywhere to be seen. They will have to up their game now that Home Depot is open nearby. By contrast, Home Depot has lots of folks asking if you need help, and inventory spot on so far. Or better yet, for many items, go to local hardware like Martin’s

It’s extremely mind-boggling how the store survives with the level of horrible incompetent terrible employees you have 6 1/2 years always the same!! Pure Hell!!! Receiving department is a joke. They hide around the corner so they don’t have to unload the truck or do anything and this is acceptable to Lowe’s. Than they wanna give you attitude when you did all the work for them and all you need from them is a signature.
The Lowe’s response is as bad as their pathetic employees. Just shut down so I don’t have to go though this torture!!
