To be honest, my husband was trying to convince me to buy and I had in my mind no way could we afford this product. We were kindly greeted by Andrew W. and Zack. They both made us incredibly comfortable, were clearly experts, and were far from pushy salesman. Andrew was able to answer every question I had, and also showed me things I had not even thought about. He was also able to give advice on fabrics for animals, suggestions on other configurations, pointed out things I may or not have even noticed until I had lived with the product for awhile. Andrew helped make suggestions that helped make the couch seem cost efficient and truly do able for our budget. Currently, it feels like good customer service is a thing of the past and everyone is trying to make their dollar. We left feeling just the opposite. We truly felt heard, and like we were just hearing the perks of another LoveSac owner...not a salesperson. We highly recommend stopping in before you purchase any furniture.

Every interaction we had after with Zack was awesome. Extremely good at customer service, extremely knowledgeable about the product, funny and good natured. He made us feel that much better about our interest in the product. Plus being able to try all the different options in store is great too. I can’t recommend him enough.

We were looking to replace a couch and loveseat in our room that no longer has the same color scheme. Andrew immediately welcomed us to the store and explained he was here to help out but feel free to look around. No pressure at all. He was a pure joy to work with. Needless to say, we bought and are looking forward to the comfy atmosphere this furniture will provide.
