    Jack was VERY helpful with helping me find everything I needed so quickly! He was so nice explaining the differences between the different light bulbs I was looking at when I had no clue. I would go again just for him!

    The miracle gro garden soil 0.75 cu ft. online price is $2.29 per bag. Also in store it says Buy 3 get 3 free. When I try to purchase in store, they charged me $2.29 per bag for all 6 bags. There were no FREE bags, only discounted price. What kind of misleading advertisement is this??? Home Depot is selling $2.00 each.

    I am very disappointed with my experience at this Lowe's. I placed an online order that was delivered to the wrong address. After contacting the store and waiting 30 minutes on hold, the associate did confirm the order was delivered to the wrong address, and was working with the third party, One Rail, to identify a solution. Over a week has passed, and I have not heard from the store, and have been unable to reach a manager. I will elevate this if this matter is not resolved.

    I wish there were a zero-star option. This has been one of the most frustrating and poorly managed experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. I tried to purchase and have a bathroom sink installed from the Chantilly location. First, they sent a quote with the wrong sink. After many phone calls—most of which went unanswered—and being told repeatedly that the person who could fix it was unavailable and would “call back,” it took two weeks just to get an updated quote. On the scheduled delivery and installation day, the plumber (who was supposed to bring the sink) called when he was 20 minutes away, then called again to say he wasn’t coming because he hadn’t been given the sink. Shortly after, Lowe’s called to say the labor fee/category on the "corrected" quote was wrong and needed to be fixed before they could reschedule everything. After nearly two months, I’ve dealt with the wrong sink, incorrect labor charges, and consistently poor communication. I’ve visited the store twice and spent far too much time on phone calls trying to resolve these issues. I will not be returning.

    I’m really disappointed with how inconsistent this location is when it comes to their kids’ craft events. In February, I accidentally signed up for the wrong Lowe’s location but still showed up with my child, hoping they could accommodate us. I politely asked if we could still participate, and I was told no—very bluntly—that they only order enough supplies for those who signed up and don’t have extras. I even asked to speak with a manager, but the manager didn’t actually look into it or try to help. Instead, they just repeated what the employee said without checking for cancellations or availability. Fast forward to March—I returned for the craft event, this time properly signed up. While I was checking in, another parent walked up with two kids and said they hadn’t signed up. This time, the employee immediately said yes, checked quickly, and gave them two crafts without any issue. So now I’m left wondering—why was I turned away so firmly the month before, with no effort to help, but someone else was accommodated so easily? The problem isn’t the policy—it’s the inconsistency and lack of effort from staff. If there’s flexibility, it should be applied fairly. If there isn’t, then it should be enforced consistently. The experience in February felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially compared to what I saw happen in March. Because of this experience, I won’t be participating in these kids’ craft events at Lowe’s moving forward. It’s disappointing, but consistency and basic customer service matter—especially when it involves kids.
