- NNN L (Nick)Oct 21, 20231.0Envirogrow /Mulch Solutions residential lawncare provided poor customer care and lawncare services (mowing, mulch installation, incorrect leaf blower use) by: 1) invoicing for services I did not request. 2) invoicing for services I did not receive 3) providing an inconsistent quality of service For example: installing mulch only to later contaminate it by blowing grass clippings onto it which created grass seedlings on all installed mulch 5) taking 'slow to no' responsibility for service errors 6) insulting this customer's ability to pay when called to clarify services 7) invoicing required close review (latest charge is for another botched home service which is shown via photo collage - a) leaves blown against home, b) entangled in shrubbery, and c) piled against fence lines in lieu of curbside.) This company was hired via an Angi's (formerly Angie's List) referral.
