Just had to run in and grab a couple of things. Had used the app to find out exactly where I'm the store I needed to go. Was greeted at the front door by an employee. She was very friendly and inviting, first time I had that experience going into a Lowe's.

Lowe’s home renovation and installation services are unsatisfactory and frustrating. My cabinet project was delayed due to many cabinets being damaged, misplaced or received in the incorrect color or design. The project manager and designer did work with me to fix these issues but it created further delay in completing the job. Cabinet installation has taken 7 months so far due to the many mistakes. The flooring department is not any better either. They’ve had to reorder supplies because Lowe’s had missing or misplaced supplies when the installer was scheduled to pick up the supplies at the warehouse, leading to more delays (even though it was confirmed by Lowe’s that all supplies were ready for pickup). On day of installation, supplies were missing and installers were not told to come to warehouse to pick up supplies. It has been a very long and frustrating experience and it may be my last with Lowe’s if things don’t change.

Would not let me speak to manager at store. When I called 2 days later, I asked for a manager again and they hung up on me.
The question I want answered can only be answered by the manager. “Can I present my physical veterans ID instead of ID.me/phone number?”
