Also, the placement of the kiosk in the Giant Food store was awful. We had to ask an employee on duty where the machine was located. The advertised signage was not visible from any location in the store. Lastly, after the keys were produced and released to us, we were patiently waiting for our receipt, and surprisingly, the receipt appeared in my email; accessible via my phone. Please realize that customers are not mind readers. The key making process/directions should be easily understood from start to finish.😊 Thank you.
