  Francis at 3480 Centreville Road is a very good employee of Extra Space Storage. He is always helpful and answers any questions I have. He is very professional and an asset to Extra Space Storage. He is always pleasant and cares about the renters.

  We have had our things in storage here for a few years, and I have to say we have been very satisfied both with the facility and the manager. The facility is clean, easy to navigate and safe. We have worked with the manager Francis and he has been amazing. He is the main reason why we continue to stay. He is always available to talk with us and is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. He has always worked with us on trying to get us the best rates and never makes us feel cheated. He has become more of a friend than a business transaction and we couldn’t even thank him enough for all he has done. We are very happy to have found storage here, and more importantly to have met Francis!

  On check out the Cashier made me give him the "free" lock i paid for, then told me on phone come back and get it. (after customer service email showed me my purchase history of the lock). This is not worth the trip. Email support communicates with you with canned answers & ignores questions this company is directed to operate this way. Cashier was upset i checked out in person not over the phone/by notice. my phone number was removed from my account some how. Autopay was reinstated without my approval, because their algorithm is less likely to raise rates without it. Their website makes changes to your profile without alerting you. There is no way to view PAYMENT HISTORY. A company this size this should alarm you It is not possible for them to refund the amount i paid for the lock This company operates on Bait and Switch scheme that notifies you PRICE INCREASES by Letter mail hopefully to an old address and neglects to inform you the DOLLAR AMOUNT you pay every month in your autopay texts & emails. Monthly rates w i l l be silently raised up to 45% every 6 months with excuse that you were notified 'legally'. Then reduce the price 20% when you call and 'negotiate' in exchange for FIVE stars. no refunds 6 people have 5 starred this place in One day. THREE of them have One review on their profile. Hundreds of Reviews mention owner by name & have 12 words of platitude from 5 grade book report. HUMAN reviews of owner's behavior involve animosity when dealing with issues beyond taking your money i recommend you deep dive this company outside of Google maps. This company runs a massive disinformation campaign to keep the public from seeing how it makes revenue. A customer reported the owner calling her threatening to charge another month unless her review is retracted
