I rented a small storage unit to keep a few kitchen cabinets and some car seats, and after months of leaks from the roof, they said it was fixed — but nothing was actually done. When I returned, everything was full of mold and the ceiling was still dripping water. I spoke with the manager(Francis), and instead of taking responsibility, he just blamed the insurance and basically told me it wasn’t their problem. He was so rude to me. Totally unprofessional and careless management. Avoid this place unless you want your belongings ruined.
