The company has changed hands a few times, and my lock had even been swapped out, so I didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully, I was met with amazing service. Thank you to Alissa M. for making the whole process so easy. You took a lot of anxiety off my shoulders, and it really showed that great service matters just as much as the unit itself. I didn’t mention that I was rushing to catch a flight, but you still moved with such care and urgency that I knew you genuinely wanted to help. I truly appreciate it.

- JKJun KayamaOct 27, 20255.0There's several other big storage locations, as in something like science fiction with nice painted doors kind of big, but this one is the best for several reasons. First, storage locations tend to get beat up over time but the actual storage units here have sliding doors that don't get stuck, not a speck of visible water damage or units with metal sheeting walls that let neighbors shove broomsticks into yours, and enclosed parking with automatic doors where ... someday the Extra Space Storage app will make the exact same physical door open on a "Door 2" command, but even while that isn't happening the fact that I can have an enclosed garage protect my vehicle from vagrants while I go back and forth is a huge plus. Second, the flock of Canada Geese that lives in the pond next door is a welcome sight. I had to put this second because Canada Geese. Third, the staff are ... I've had multiple interactions with the staff because I've actually lost my keys to my storage unit here twice. The mark of nice staff is how they deal with headache issues that are a time suck like drilling out locks, and I appreciate no end how nice they are. I should also state that having both a CVS, Harris Teeter, and Autozone across the street for random things that end up being a "where did I leave that" in dealing with storage units is a nice plus, assuming it's more than a pen and notepad or two the great staff here are equipped with. I should also add the parking is generous and never filled, and there should be no issues with moving trucks pulling up and leaving the driveway clear for others. All in all, great location, 5 stars but deserving of 6.
