Great prices, even with the many hikes! ;) all good Let me talk about the new ownership I believe now for almost years or 18 months not sure ! But I’m thrilled with the customer Service I’ve personally received while living abroad! Ie when there was a mix up or a late transfer from my income source etc had changed my number and not updated them even tho we contact via email mostly unless emergencies and I’ve had a couple absurd scares but extra storage space Ms. Alissa responded to the problem I was having and offered and simple and efficient solution and omitted or ignored any policy late fee charge I’m sure I could’ve gotten! So I’m really happy all around with extra storage space in Chantilly VA and have been for the last 4 years Bravo guys Thanks 🙏 Rich
