  The lat 2 appt have been disappointing Sending someone in the dark is ridiculous I complained he came back out in morning because he lives near me, I appreciated that. My last vist visit on December 30,2025 no call before arrival, sprayed outside and took off without coming in and doing garage, was rescheduled Jan 8, 2026 to spray garage at no charge, never showed up got a text at 6pm Saying sorry we couldn't provide your service today! Someone sat at home waiting All day, ridiculous.

  No one was home. They Rang doorbell, sprayed around main door area, went around back and left all in a matter of under 5 minutes. Not sure anything was done. No follow up with photos like usual explaining what had been done.

  Charging for service not performed- too cold to apply out doors. In the summer, it rain, we can’t treat your yard. Too many cases where you charge for services not delivered.

  I would prefer and expect the technician to give details of the services he would do before he does it, to set expectations. This did not happen this time.

  Just wanted to provide my experience this morning, on Christmas Eve to my neighbors in hopes that it saves you the stress. Aptive texts me at 7:00AM to say they are coming to my house in an hour to spray the inside of my house. They showed up last month and “serviced” my house by removing a couple spider webs. Unannounced, I did not schedule an appointment, I wasn’t even at home. I have tried for months to cancel through calls and emails and texts to their company. This morning I set out on a mission to make sure I did not have to deal with this again. For the past few years this company has done minimalist work they mill you for money and leave gates open (problem for pet owners like myself). I call, they tell me I cannot just cancel, I have to be transferee to a manager. I talk to the first manager, I explain the reason I wish to cancel too many to list. They hang up on me. Frustrated, I call back and talk to John another manager, he hangs up on me. I call back a third time and talk to Amanda and she hangs up on me. Fuming mad at this point, I call back a fourth time and talk to Samantha and she has the nerve to tell me they are going to waive my future service call charge do to not missing any payments in the past dnd bring a customer for years. How disillusioned does a person or company have to be that if the customer is calling to cancel the account you tell them no, but your next service is on us? I told them to cancel the appointments, cancel the account, cancel the culture and cancel their business at this point, this is not how you treat customers. I’ve been a manager for customer retail in the past, if my employees had acted this way, fired, immediately. To also give perspective, the technicians in the past have told me over the months I’ve tried to cancel my account/appointments that the front office has done this several times and I’m not the first this has happened to. I hope this prevents another person from having to go through this. Avoid this company at all costs.
