Also, why do they ask after cutting your key, but before giving it to you, if you want them to clean up the cut and make sure it’s clean and well cut??? Isn’t that what you’re already paying for? That’s like admitting they are doing a crap job unless you pay extra for the exact service you’re already paying for??!!!
