I have NEVER been SO AMAZED at my experience with dealing with a LOWE'S LIKE THIS ONE! We had picked a discontinued backsplash months before it was discontinued, and when we needed to purchase the tile, it was completely sold out in most stores. We were in a horrible bind so here comes DALE A SUPER PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT MANAGER AND PROBLEM SOLVER FOR THE NITEMARE WE WERE GONNA GO THRU having to start OVER in mid construction finding another tile backsplash. He drove HOURS on his OWN TIME, to obtain what was left at another LOWE'S in Harrisburg. (Which was also a wonderful store to save what we needed). He SAVED THE KITCHEN REMODEL!! OUR SUPER HERO DALE!! He needs to be RECOGNIZED BY CORPORATE AND REWARDED FOR ACHIEVING THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVER IN THE WORLD! THANK YOU DALE!! YOU ARE AN ASSET TO YOUR EMPLOYER!! Shop here quite a bit and usually most good experiences, but bought 20 bags of mulch today and they’re supposed to have someone helping to load, but they’re to busy standing inside in groups talking. It was three at one register in the garden department for over 20 minutes.

The store met expectations. However the Google maps drops you roughly a street up from the actual location. It was Tractor Supply that the application led me to. This I know and realize has nothing to do with either business but with Google of whom I'm leaving this review on. Hopefully if any of you has a similar experience just know the store is one stop light over. And Google if you're reading this fix your app. It makes you look bad.

Just have to give a shoutout to associates Nick and Ben who went above and beyond with helping load multiple bags of Quickcrete on my truck. Very helpful guys who didn’t hesitate. I didn’t even ask them they offered to help. You can definitely tell they have some pride in their work and enjoy their job and willing to go the extra mile to help someone.
