  Dave was very efficient and made it easy for me to lease the space. Facility very clean and accessible. Very reasonably priced. Glad to recommend to others.

  I had to switch to a smaller unit. I had not even moved anything in. They will not show you the units BEFORE you rent. Most facilities have NO ONE actually on-site. ( and if they do, it is not consistent business hours ). You have to use their combination locks ( it's part of the " administration " fee. An extra $30.00 one time initially. I had spoken with a corporate representative who had assured me that I would not be charged that again because I had not even moved ANYTHING into the unit. I was able to procure a smaller unit because after physically seeing the large one it was way too big.( It is worth noting that I was renting temperature controlled units. ) I was charged the $30.00 fee again. I went to the unit yesterday to check it out. I could not gain access because they DON'T clear snow from any of their facilities. I called corporate and they said it was a liability!!?? This applies to ANY natural occurring weather ( which I assume means floods, trees falling , etc) With the recent bad weather here in Virginia, I am paying for a unit I cannot gain access to. I also opted out of the insurance, but now I will have to pay the monthly $12.00 fee they have. One other thing is that their temperature controlled units all have steel doors, but there is an open area above them ( I assume so the heat can circulate.) Kinda odd. Even though there are cameras inside, someone could easily throw something through it into your unit. I asked at what temperature they keep the building and was told 50 degrees....kinda chilly for Winter.. I have not been able to verify this because of the ice and snow at the facility and gain access inside. All in all, not the great deal it appears to be. I will keep my unit for now. Hope this helps others.

  Great price compared to other local storage units. Brand new temperature controlled units. Seems nice so far

  Set-up was easy. Staff is friendly and the storage facility is so nice.

  Spotless new facility, reserved and paid online. Incredibly easy and never had to stop in to an office. A little trouble getting confirmation initially but they were easy to reach in the phone and quickly resolved the issue.
