  Jordan checked all the termite traps around my house. He checked the crawl space to make sure everything was clear under there also. Made sure the dehumidifier was functioning properly. Jordan was professional and personable. This inspection was my first yearly inspection which was included in my price of my crawl space installation.

  Perma treat has been seving my yard for 4 years now. I get a treatment for outdoor pests since I lve close to a wooded area. The service has been great and affordable. Steve is the best I never have to worry if he closes the gates and replaces the locks. He always lets me know when to expect him and is just great to deal with.

  For 3 years after they put the traps in the ground the service person came with no equipment working could not find the traps to check them and I call and nothing happened. They had taken my money and did not provide a service. I called and ask for the manager to call me back never heard from them. I also left messages asking for a refund for not getting the service that was in a contact with them for 3 years and they did not provide that service. Never will use them again. Still have not heard from management now under new management and still won’t call after I said I do not want their service any longer. Well someone shows up at our house unannounced trying to find traps to check.
