  For 3 years after they put the traps in the ground the service person came with no equipment working could not find the traps to check them and I call and nothing happened. They had taken my money and did not provide a service. I called and ask for the manager to call me back never heard from them. I also left messages asking for a refund for not getting the service that was in a contact with them for 3 years and they did not provide that service. Never will use them again. Still have not heard from management now under new management and still won’t call after I said I do not want their service any longer. Well someone shows up at our house unannounced trying to find traps to check.

  Based on their name I thought they only did pest and termite control but was pleasantly surprised. They came out and did a complete and thorough inspection of my home. I ended up not only signing up for their pest control, I had 5 inches of insulation added to my attic creating an R48 value. It was installed quickly and the salesman came out and inspected it after it was done. I am also going to get a radiant barrier installed in the spring to help with my cooling costs. Between the two I will be checking to see how much I save.

  Very pushy sales. Chris set a time of 10am. Called at 9:45 said he would be late, no later than Noon. No problem. Showed up at 2:10 with no call except when they pulled in the driveway to find out which door to use. Told him at the door that I'm unable to stop working now as it is 2pm, he said he would come back to work with my schedule. How is he going to do that when he clearly doesn't care for my schedule? I said no and for him to leave and cancel and he said that was rude of me... of me? Really? Wow!
