  Was disappointed. I mentioned to the reception that I had two doctors appointments in the morning and she agreed for an evening cleaning appointment to accommodate. I came home from my first appointment very early to see that the cleaning girls were waiting outside my home in the heat. I had received an e-mail that morning while I was at my dr appointment of a morning cleaning time opposite of what I was told. I wasn’t even called to alert me that they were there and waiting despite that they were both holding cell phones. On top of this everyone I told what rooms to clean, (receptionist and cleaners) completely disregarded the information. Cleaners actively opened rooms -I had shut- to clean them. Scented cleaners were defiantly used as my upstairs smelled strongly (like my deceased grandmothers perfume strong) for 2 weeks afterwards. Otherwise did a good job cleaning though they did forget to push some furniture back into place after cleaning behind it. Will defiantly not return to them and look further for a more detail oriented actual green cleaning service. The most precise and efficient thing they do is take appointments and payments.

  Be sure to keep in mind that (see below), that if you hire this company and don't give 5-star review, they will respond to your review with false statements and belittling comments. Maybe try a different company that's a little more professional? Original review: The floors were not very well cleaned. Otherwise the cleaning was fine. I would be hesitant to recommend this company for one-time comprehensive move-in or move-out cleanings, but for routine cleanings where they have an opportunity to work on areas they may have missed the first time the company may be fine. Although they offered to come back another day to clean the floor free-of-charge, because this was a pre-move-in cleaning that would have been too late. They also refused to come back later that same day to complete the floor cleaning, which would have resolved the issue. The company might respond to this review in protest like they do with other reviews, telling me it's my fault, my expectations are too high, or that I don't understand how sweeping and mopping work (which has been a lot of their feedback to me so far), but my experience was what it was and I have had significantly better cleaning experiences with other companies. My response to the below comment: You know very well per the photo I showed you that it wasn't that the paper towel I used wasn't "spotless", it was that it was covered in dirt. Also, I have reduced from 3 to 1 stars because I think an important part of the customer experience is not being belittled by and lied about by the company via the internet.

  I would give this One star if I could. because i was there new customer, they told me I have to pay upfront for the service that they haven't even done yet. I don't know how they manage run there business like this. Honestly I don't know if they are good at what they do or not, but I know never pay for something that you didn't receive. There price that they have me was competitive, but I wouldn't count on the service, since they are holding your money. I found someone else this time. I hate writing reviews like this, but I don't want anyone wasting your time when there are other services that are better .Worst service

  Do NOT use this company. We had our place touched up (swap bedding, clean bathroom, take out trash, etc) before guests stayed at our place. They showed up 4+ hours late. They did not follow instructions (didn't change duvet cover or follow instructions on how to get into our building) and on top of that, they ruined one of our rugs after they spilled chemicals on it. Very unprofessional and would not take responsibility for their mistakes after we contacted them. Stay FAR away from this company!
