My experience was exactly like another person's recent post. My cousin and I stopped by to look for storage and travel items. The store typically feels welcoming and full of great finds. However, this time we were made to feel uncomfortable. After heading to the second level, a young associate male asked if we needed assistance, something I usually appreciate. But soon after, another male staff member approached us, and between the two, we were asked at least four more times whether we needed help. Although the store was crowded, it quickly became evident that we were being followed. I ultimately left behind the items I had planned to purchase and exited the store. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping there, and I’m uncertain whether I’ll return or recommend this location to others.

It was my first time visiting this store it was beautiful and I was incredibly excited, we asked an associate where we could find one particular item and he directed us to the second floor and lead us to the item we were looking for and he was very kind and helpful that man gets a 10/10 hands down. Seeing as this was our first time there we decided to look around within 5 minutes another associate asked if we needed help we declined respectfully, a few minutes later we were asked again by someone else, again we respectfully declined. It was getting weird because we noticed that we were being watched by the associates downstairs we kept browsing the second floor then headed down stairs where we were asked 3 more times by 2 different associates it felt as if they were waiting for us to do something, mind you there were at least 5 other customers there. It was uncomfortable and the one associate who asked us twice was also the cashier he had an attitude the second I stepped up to purchase my item, there was no reason to be like that, handed my receipt and didn’t even get “have a good day” I work in customer service I understand we all have our days but to be made feel uncomfortable even during checkout is completely uncalled for
