Alan came out to install the product and was prompt and professional and did a great job. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because we initially came to an agreement on the price for the project, but when I got to the financing part she tried to walk it back and say she could not give me the price we’d agreed on. I was told the computer would not “allow” her to apply the discount I was told I could get. That may be true but as the customer that’s not my issue to address. So that became a point of frustration for me. However the product is here now and installed and looks and works great.
