I explained that I simply wanted a copy of a VATS type key with a resistor (older car) that only opens the doors (so without the resistor and ability to start the car). Whoever answered the phone call, kept asking me questions I already answered, didn't understand what I was asking, and after a brief moment hung up the phone. Next to no effort was given and poor customer service for simply trying to see if they are able to do this and an estimate to do so. Recommend a little more professional courtesy for a business.
