  Really great experience here . Rented for about six months , everyone I interacted with was responsive and friendly . Only switched locations because they didn’t have the larger unit I needed at the time when I needed to switch to a bigger due , but would definitely recommend .

  I love how they are very clean and staff are always there helping, gave us drinks, offering dollies, and carts. I highly recommend this place to store your things

  Danielle D. provided outstanding customer service at Extra Space Storage. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process of getting a storage unit quick and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend working with her!

  Extra Space Storage Team, I wanted to take a moment to praise Danielle, the Customer Representative who helped me check in at your Dove St. location in Alexandria today. Danielle provided me with, hands down, the best customer service experience I have ever received at any storage facility, period. Danielle was professional, attentive, and eager to help from the moment I walked in the door. She made sure my lease paperwork was processed correctly and efficiently. She left no details unanswered. More importantly, she immediately recognized my frustration with an issue in your mobile app and resolved it faster than I could explain. I had visited another location a few weeks prior and was told by another employee that they couldn’t help me. Within seconds of my explanation, Danielle had it figured out and fixed – easy. She even showed me, in simple terms that made sense, how Bluetooth access works (super easy and convenient, by the way), and not to mention walked me all the way out to my unit to show me where everything was. None of these things is extraordinary on its own, but to me, they demonstrate ownership, pride, and genuine care for your work and customers. It’s sad to say that these traits are hard to come by these days. From start to finish, Danielle exceeded my expectations as a client. Her knowledge and welcoming personality set her apart from other employees. Now I feel comfortable and actually excited to store my stuff with Extra Space. In today’s world, where we are led to believe that exceptional customer service is a thing of the past, Danielle is a shining example that proves leadership hires correctly at your company. She has what it takes to be a manager. I would highly recommend rewarding her for her fantastic work. She deserves it. Thank you for your time.
