One of my close friends recommended this store, not because of the store name, but because of the manager. Ian. I took her word and went and I was not disappointed. Ian was a delight to work with, always smiling and more than happy to help. I was there for about 30 minutes, and learned just about everything I needed to know. I came in feeling nervous and on edge, not wanting to be taken advantage of. I left feeling confident, genuinely happy, and excited to get home and enjoy my hot tub. I cannot thank ian enough, and Leslie's for hiring him. If you are on the fence, dont be. Visit this store. Ask for ian. I could not be more happy with my experience at this store.

I have called the 800 number and have not been able to get a final price so that I can have the check ready for tomorrow. Worst customer service in the technical service. The cashiers in the store however were always pleasant and knowledgeable whenever I went in to the store, even though their prices are ridiculously high comparatively. Overall, I would NEVER use this company to open and close a pool ever again!
