She was so friendly and accommodating without any pressure at all to buy. That was the draw to come back and shop again. We then met Suzanne Legros, who designed our entire room. Another gem!! They both tag teamed to coordinate the entire room. Their knowledge and expertise were above and beyond expectation. Anthony Hill, the store manager, had great input and ideas. Everyone made us feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at home. That is the kind of experience everyone should feel when buying their special purchase. But we went to the nearby La-Z-Boy store in Kingstowne, VA and had a great experience. Sales Associate Monica Selcik greeted us at the door and listened carefully to our wants and needs before showing us around. She also brought up some very helpful points we had not considered before going in. She then showed a variety of recliners that best met our needs and we made our choice. The bottom line is that we felt no pressure, considered the price to be very reasonable, signed our order, and walked out of the store feeling very good about the whole experience! We highly recommend this store!
