The keys I was duplicating required a special order, and the keys arrived within the 3 to 5 business days quoted. However, the keys did not work in the lock. I will be contacting the support line or email to report the issue and see if a new key can be cut or a refund given. Given that the key (Yale AG21 with an SA stamp) was not something that the local hardware store or Home Depot could duplicate, led me to believe that this may be one of those oddball special or security keys that only my landlord can have duplicated.
