  Delivery date and time were quite good and as advised by company. Many large clumps of topsoil due to moisture, some the size of grapefruits and most the size of oranges. Must be broken up before spreading which is time consuming.

  What I like is after several years and multiple deliveries each year, they remain on time with a courteous delivery driver. No BS. Wish every vendor was this reliable

  BE 100% PREPARED TO REFUSE DELIVERY- “topsoil/leaf compost” = clay fill dirt. I received a full refund but I am fully confident that I could have successfully disputed the charge regardless because of how absurd this was. The real cost is the 10,000 lbs of soil I can’t find a use for or anyone to even take for free! I ordered 7 cu yrds of topsoil/leaf compost blend for my garden beds. This is the worst soil I have ever seen (see pic). It is unusable for any horticultural uses. Could only be used for construction fill dirt. It is ~ 85% clay with basically zero drainage or organic matter. It doesn’t match the description or pictures in the slightest and contains rocks. Unprofessional delivery. Never allowed me to inspect the load. Never turned off the dump truck basically just started dumping when I got outside and then sped off. No signature confirmation or delivery receipt. This doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Look at the other reviews

  "Topsoil" order was full of giant balls of clay. Called and complained. They delivered more "topsoil" at no charge that contained even more clay. Additionally, they did not haul away thepile of clay from the first load. Turned a 1 day job into 4 and counting.
