They checked in to see if my movers and I needed anything, helped with the elevator, explained everything clearly, and made the move feel supported instead of stressful. Customer service from them was excellent. One note for corporate: the freight elevator is quite old and very slow, which can make moves more difficult and time-consuming. Improving this would really enhance the overall experience.
