There's nothing on the website to indicate a "promotional rate", but when I call to ask about the increase, they say it's because I was on a promotional rate. I also didn't get the storage unit I paid for, which was a 10' x 10' unit. Instead, they gave me two 5' x 10' units next to each other, which can't accommodate the same size items.

Got a notification 6 months into my lease that my price was doubling (I had initially missed that I was getting a discounted rate), so I called, and Ken helped me out. Called his superiors right away, and got me another 6 months at my original rate. I accidentally left my lock open a couple times. They called me within a few hours to let me know so I could get back and lock it. These folks were really on top of it. Best experience I’ve had at a storage facility. Highly highly highly recommend.
