- JDJohn DuffyFeb 15, 20261.0I would give this is rating a zero if I could. Do not use this location or anything associated with this facility; plenty of other viable options. Arrived after office hours to move my 2-bedroom apartment items and furniture into my storage unit and was immediately met with an extra red lock on my unit. After spending 45 minutes trying to get a hold of management on the phone after hours, they indicated that it was for delinquent payments, which is impossible given that I had set up auto payments with one of their male sales reps when I bought the unit almost three months ago from my move in date. Major error on their part and I was given no notice, no phone call, email, or any notification that informed me this was the case. I showed up and had to have someone from management open my unit, only after waiting for them for almost an hour and a half. Additionally, the same salesman sold me a complete lie when I booked my unit. I had mentioned that I had a fully furnished two bedroom apartment and the unit they gave me would suffice. Upon arrival, I found that this unit was no more than the size of a storage closet and I was not able to fit all of my belongings into the unit. I had to discard some items that I would’ve easily been able to keep had the staff been able to do their job correctly. Moving from another state and having been told I needed to purchase the unit ahead of time to reserve it by the staff, the male salesman I worked with over the phone then continued to lie about the size and capacity of the unit. Absolutely terrible experience with this location; wishing I picked something else entirely.
