I owe the incredible dynamic duo at the front desk: Charika and Cheyanne - so very much. From the second I walked through the door, the energy was just so professional and kind. I felt welcomed. I wasn't treated like just another transaction or a contract number; I was treated like a neighbor who needed help. It is so rare these days to find customer service where the staff genuinely cares about their job and the people they are assisting, but these two truly set the standard. Charika was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to listen to my specific situation, patiently answering every single question I had (and I had many!). She didn't just try to upsell me; she acted as a true consultant to ensure I got the perfect unit for my needs. In actuality, it was my first time seeing it as my mother had gotten it while I was so sick. Cheyanne was equally impressive—the definition of efficiency and warmth.
