Just a heads up for those who haven't ever had to deal with a brand new faulty hisense stove from lowes. Just know that if you buy a stove and it works past your 48 hours but fails within a couple months. They absolutely will not return your money. And I understand they won't just return for whatever reason but I told them that they could have a tech diag it so they could see that it was a faulty product and I dont want to keep a stove that's had issues right after buying and hardly using it. I wanted a tefund so i could get a different brand. But no matter if they sale you a faulty product or you feel its not as advertised. They will argue and tell you that they give you options "just not the one you want" . Its been the worst experience with buying something that failed within 6 to 8 uses. And each part of the process became worse. Except for the technician who they contacted to see if it could be repaired. And he is an independent contractor and is no part of hisense. So before buying these appliances just make sure they thoroughly inform you of the warranty process so that if you buy something that has issues and you end up unhappy with it. You'll end up stuck and unhappy with their service. Because I was dumb and thought I could just call lowes and return the faulty stove and buy another brand for more thats supposed to be better quality. But they said sorry we dont handle those issues. Just my money.

I went in Lowes store in Abingdon Virginia on January 29 and paid my account off. $9,000 dollars. The money came out of my checking account immediately but 20 days later they haven't posted to my Lowes account. I found this out today when I tried to purchase and was declined. I spend thousands at Lowe's every month. I feel like they held my payment to charge me 20 days extra interest. I spoke to the manager and he said his hands are tied and gave me a number to call. Lowes pushes these credit cards with a lady running around the store soliciting customers to sign up. After that you're on your own. I will be closing this account and taking my business to Berrys and Home Depot.
