I would give zero stars if that was an option. Spent $6,000 on carpet and installation. Had appointment scheduled between 8 and 11 and was told we were first appointment of day and they would likely arrive by 8am. At 11 we called because no one arrived. Was told our appointment changed (why were we not notified?) Estimated arrival time would now be between 11 and 1. 1pm came and went, still no one. Reached out and was told that the first appointment (I thought we were first appointment) ran over and they were "finishing up" and then would be on their way from Bluefield. We live in Marion. Arrived around 4pm. Still working at 8pm. So we were held hostage for 12 hours. Took an entire day off work when that was not necessary. ServicePro was the subcontractors. Lack of communication and very poor customer service. GO TO HOME DEPOT INSTEAD!!!!!!

I rented a carpet cleaner and returned it the next day late by a couple of hours. I was charged $40 late fee. I have never brought a machine back exactly on time. This is absolutely ridiculous, I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this store yearly but I will never spend another dime at Lowes, they didn't ask as to why I was a little late and the employee didn't seem to care. I won't spend anymore of my money at a Lowes again. I know $40 is not much to them,but it was to me. I'll give my business to Home Depot from now on.
