- SSScoobydoolovesjesusDec 1, 20251.0First of all let me say that the lady was very friendly at this location. But I would never rent a Penske truck here or anywhere again. I rented a truck from here and drive from Virginia to Washington State. As we were unloading the crew showed us that the top corner was damaged before and they tried to fill the cracks with caulking. During a rain storm rain came in and ruined thousands of dollars of sports and pokemon cards. I reported and went through the process with Penske. I was sent from one person in a call center in India to another person to someone in Pennsylavania named Nicholas Barlieb who avoided me for 2 months and then after no response through several phone calls and emails pawned me off on another employee named Tyra Mount. After another 2 months and at least 3 phone calls and 12 emails not responded too, she had me get receipts, amounts of damage and even had to pay for a notary. Still a month later and several unanswered emails again and no response. Don't use Penske! They will damage your property and they dont care.
