I moved in a couple of years ago back when this was Overland self storage. I lovedddd the folks who were running it and never had any issues. The facility is nice and I never have access issues. The staff is still very friendly and helpful. My one problem is that every once in a while I get a notice from Extra Space, letting me know that my rate is going to increase by some seemingly random and absurd amount. Reasoning always noted as "market conditions" (read: "because we can"). This has happened twice, and both times I have been able to make a call to the facility and get my rate back to a reasonable place. So, these 5 stars are to Madison, and to the very kind district manager whose name I unfortunately do not recall. I'm happy to continue to rent with this location for as long as these kind folks are in charge, but to Extra Space the company, I am highly irritated that I have to keep doing this negotiation. Thanks Madison!
