I would rank them no stars if I could. I had stopped going to Lowe’s. Against my better judgment in the middle of job I stopped to grab a fitting. While in in a 10 plus person check out line.
A customer leaves one line. Cute in front of me and talks to the cashier. The cashier then says aloud. This register is closed.
Who does this? Lowe’s sealed thier fate with me. I won’t be back. Home Depot or Amazon.

I am beyond livid. I spent $4,000 on materials for my new deck, and a month later, I have absolutely nothing to show for it. My project is completely stalled because they can’t manage to actually deliver what I paid for.
I have spent the last four weeks wasting my time calling the Service Pro Desk, but they are useless. Nobody helps, nobody has answers, and nobody cares. If you value your money and your sanity, stay away from this West Valley location. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare

Ordered a backyard full of supplies because it said that it can be delivered same day once we got the order entered it changed the date to the following day. Then on the same day that we ordered it, they pushed it out four days even though we were paying $80 for delivery because they said they don’t have any drivers for any deliveries until Wednesday. Definitely need to start using Home Depot.

I had a really great experience and wanted to share it. I originally ordered Trex railing back in August before winter hit, but didn’t get a chance to install it until March when the weather warmed up. Since it’s a two-story deck, I realized I had purchased the wrong size (36” instead of the 42” I needed).
I spoke with the store manager, Colton, and explained the situation. He told me he would look into it and actually followed through by calling me back. He let me know I could bring everything in for a full refund—which, as a homeowner, is incredibly helpful when you make a mistake like that.
The return process was smooth, and Corey was also a big help getting everything taken care of. Because of their customer service, I’m now ordering the correct size through Lowe’s.
Huge thank you to Colton and Corey—you guys are amazing. This is exactly why I’ll keep coming back.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
