Worst experience with new washer and dryer install. Install fail, unuseable dryer. 48 hour satisfaction return window wouldn't even be extended. Saturday delivery, Monday repair team, sucks to be me they said in corporate jargon. Don't buy appliances here unless you can install them yourself.
Adding: Local store manager said 48 hour return window would be extended to begin once machine is installed correctly.
Way better service from local store team than 800 number team.
Adding: I bought a fridge here 18 months ago. No problem.
Also the 800# manager I escalated to said I had to have appliances in original packaging for return. Umm... delivery guys remove all that and take it with them. Talk about right hand having zero clue what the left hand is doing.
Monday re-install failed. More calls ended up getting 3rd party delivery manager Brandon involved now, he's confident can get this resolved. He seems great. Hopefully Tuesday morning this is sorted out. I can't keep missing work.

I have been buying Kobalt tools here for years, not only for myself for personal use, but also for myself and multple techs. The lifetime guarantee is one of the main points that I shop at Lowe's. Well, up until last week, I have NEVER had any hastle swapping out tools via the guarantee. Not once has an employee been rude or made me feel like I was doing something wrong.
The employee's were fine, but when they didn't even know how to do the warranty swaps and called this like 20 year old kid over that was a manager, he made me feel like I was doing something wrong or like I was a criminal. He was pretty rude and acted the whole time like I was taking food out of his mouth, or maybe just mad that I take their warranty seriously and use it, so he was mad like I was stealing.
He would only warranty a couple things and said I need to call Kobalt to deal with the last three.
Well, I called Kobalt and had ZERO issues getting RA's for the last three and they had no idea why the manager was being so rude about it. Unfortunately, now I have to return to Lowe's to get a store credit for the RA's/tools that are broken.
I WILL NOT be going to the West Valley City UT store EVER again!!! So now I have to go out of my way to get this taken care of. So much for hastle free lifetime guarantee!!! He made this VERY MUCH a hastle!!!
