- MRMr. Ramirez5 days ago1.0DO NOT USE!!!! Scam Scam Scam!!!!! I used them and then they sent me a Tech who replaced and reprogrammed my Key. The key would not connect to my car and I have to mess with the key fob and get my car started. I reported to the customer service and they had the Tech reach out. As well the CSR was so pushy and demanding Unprofessional! The Tech Made me wait while I made changes so my kids could get picked up and never reached out to say he wasn’t gonna come after an hour past the planned time. Didn’t come and see and try to figure out if it was something he could fix just assumed and said it was a mechanical issue! Customer service was a joke! Didn’t try to help and not understand how unprofessional the Tech was. Decided to close my case and as well NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR “ 100% money back guarantee” Disappointment and Unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!!!!
