  Eddy is an amazing site manager always so friendly and helpful. Extra space as a whole is amazing please just quit raising the rent.

  Eddie Bedoya from Extra Space Storage is such an awesome human! I’ve been struggling to keep up with my storage unit every month due to being out of work and normally when I get calls from people wanting to collect on a bill, their approach feels cold, inhuman and lacking compassion. It does not make me want to pay. The experience I’ve had working with Eddie has been the opposite! Every time I get a call from him, he sounds upbeat, compassionate and patient when he asks when I can make my bill. He treats me like a human being, not another call or bill to collect on. For someone who has been stressed about finances, It’s so appreciated when someone is patient and shows compassion while still having to do their job to collect. It makes me want to keep up with my payments. For anyone else that calls people on overdue or late bills, TAKE NOTE from Eddie. Being human and treating people like people is not only the right thing to do, it’s how you win. Kudos to you my friend!

  I honestly thought wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE I tried moving my belongings from one store place to this one since it was closer to my place got the contract Saturday 10/11/2025 around 5 pm and on Tuesday 10/14/2025 morning they told me I wasn't following there rules and I needed to vacate the area because supposedly I was spending to much time here. I'm pissed and glad at the same time because I'm glad I hadn't brought everything but pissed because of how stupid they really are for saying I'm spending to much time here when I was trying to keep everything organized and put everything away best as possible. It it would of been a week later and I was still here as much I would of understood but 2 and a half days to me it's just crazy. To the person replying to the reviews I'm still currently moving all my thing out of this location to were I was a before there's no need for me to have to call a machine if you wanna reach out go for it I'm currently moving out of unit 011 you should have my information on the system pull it up call me. I'm not going to be wasting my time calling whenever you're wasted a lot of my time moving my things in there just to move them back out

  Pros..... it kept my stuff dry? Cons.... after 5 months with no notice, raised my rent 60%. Called and complained to local manager and he got it reduced by $50. Then 8 months later again without notice, raised it back up again. More months than not the roadway outside my unit was under constructing making access tough and sometimes couldn't access it without walking to the end of the units. Due to the months long construction, everything in my unit was covered in dust (more than normal). The last few months my Bluetooth access to my unit has not been very good, sometimes taking close to 5 minutes to get it to work and get in my unit. I can only recommend extra space if you like a sub par experience and wasting a lot of money and no communicating when raising your rent.
