I went into the office to ask about moving box prices and felt the employee was dismissive. When I asked what time the office closed, she responded in a way that made me feel like I was bothering her and said 5:30 p.m. After I explained I would return later, the employee stated there would be a security guard after hours to make sure no one was “doing anything wrong.” While this may have been informational, the comment felt unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. I also pay for a climate-controlled unit, but based on my observations, it does not appear to be climate controlled.
