They made it extremely difficult to file my claim then ignored my emails and calls afterwards. All phone calls go to the storage facility manager who allowed homeless people to sleep on site and in units. Prior to being robbed my complaints fell on deaf ears. The staff didn't care either. Mice and roaches everywhere. I heard my neighboring unit sound like a construction site. Concrete breaking and harsh language. No construction was in progress by the facility, just tenants breaking into the ground. I paid for a tempature controlled unit and I was sweating the entire time inside. The absolute most miserable experience ever! with any business. This walmart of storage facilities is trash. Do not use them unless you want mice turds on all your stuff and family photos and frames smashed by thiefs.
