- LSLacey SpragueDec 3, 20251.0Don’t rent from this place. They give you what they say is a good deal to get you in. Once your in 3 months they jack up the rent and do so every 3 months. They don’t care about you being a good paying tenant they just want your money. They say this is a secure facility, which it’s not. I live just down the road from them and go by there all the time and the gates are always stuck up so anyone can get in. We’ve talked to them about it and they say that’s not true and that the gates are always secured. They have people staying in the units at night with dogs running around loose pooping everywhere. They also say they don’t know anything g about that. Well where’s the cameras they say they have there, they should be able to see them there after hours. Trust me only rent from this place is you want your rent to go up every 3 months.
