  Francisco was very helpful and took me back showing us the unit and we got it on the spot he’s very nice and helpful guy I only got the unit and went this place cuz of his attitude was good

  This facility is great, clean and secure! It has a great location. The manager Sitti was amazing and incredibly helpful with the very secure Bluetooth locking system! Thank you so much for all your help!

  This is now my second review of this location. We moved in here about a year ago and four months after we moved in they more than tried to double our rate (from $80 to nearly $200) which is funny because when we first moved in here, we were told that we could expect a 10% increase per year. I will leave a picture of my initial review along with their response saying that they are concerned about the price increase and that it doesn’t match what I was promised. This is funny because even after this response, I called them again and they said that they would still have to increase our price to $111 a month even after begging and pleading with them to give me the original price that we were promised or at least just a 10% increase which is still ridiculous because we were initially told 10% over a year and just after four months, we were given a 30% price increase. We are now another six months later and they again are trying to more than double our monthly payment. I’ve called them multiple times and left messages and when I finally got a hold of someone the other day, I offered to pay four months in advance with the rate we were currently at of $111. He said that he just needed to do some things on his end and that he would give us a call back later that day or the next day so I could pay for those four months at our current rate (again, $111). I never heard back and so yesterday (Thursday, which was five days after I initially talked to him) I called again and talked with a girl who said that she didn’t see anything about our current rate and that our price would still be increasing. I guess there was something in our account that said they wouldn’t be going up to the rate that we were shown in the notice that we got in our mail ($200) but that it would still be more than our current rate of $111, they were saying $131. I was frustrated with this because the guy on the phone. The other day promised me that he would be able to get us our current rate of $111 and I could pay four months in advance. She said she would give me a call back later that day. I was at work so I missed the phone call but today I logged into my account to see that the monthly payment that is due at the end of the month is $141 and not $131. There’s obviously a lack of communication in this company and we cannot wait to move out of here!
