I had stopped by the West Jordan Lowe’s because it was on my way to work and I was short on time. Upon arrival, I immediately asked an associate for some help over at the snowblowers. A lady named Katie promptly showed up and asked which snowblower I was looking for. I showed her on my phone which snowblower I was interested in and she showed that they had six in stock. Katie then called over another associate to retrieve the snowblower off the top shelf. I had told her not to worry because I had no way of loading the large box into my small vehicle and that I would have to come back and get it during the weekend. Through all of this, Katie could tell that I had been frustrated with being run around from one store to another, and that I was running extremely short on time. This is where human interaction will always be better than AI Katie promptly came up with a solution to curb my frustration, absolutely making my day and restore my faith in excellent customer service. Katie‘s solution was to purchase the snow thrower now and she would have it delivered for free to my home within three days. She also offered me a discount which put a big smile on my face. My snowblower arrived and was in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. Katie took a very negative situation for me and turned it into one of the best experiences I’ve ever had as a consumer. We are gonna lose these kind of interactions as a society if we allow AI to take over. AI will not care whether you had a positive or negative experience as a consumer. We as consumers need people like Katie. Katie was very understanding of my situation and knocked it out of the ballpark with her top shelf customer service. I don’t know about you, but this is what I look forward to as a consumer when I walk into any store. Instead of calling it AI call it what it really is Artificial Intelligence… Keyword being ARTIFICIAL!!! I don’t like anything artificial. I want the real deal, and Katie was it So if you want REAL Customer service go to the West Jordan, Lowes and ask for Katie where she and her team will go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience with any of your home improvement needs

The store is super clean and tidy and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful! After our initial purchase, realized we needed an additional, somewhat obscure, additional item for our project and in addition to a worker knowing what we needed and where it was located, as we continued to shop, another worker, who heard the earlier conversation, made sure we got what we needed. This level of service is exceptional and very appreciated!
