- MWMercedes Walker3 days ago1.0Beware of Lowe's floor installation!!! They do not stand behind their job. I purchased luxury waterproof vinyl flooring from Lowe's and had them installed it. Just after two years after the warranty on the floor installation had expired the floor in my dining room started to lift and separate. I contacted Lowe's and they sent two different people to look at my floor and both agreed it was due to the installation of my floor that it was not done correctly but now Lowe's will not help me correct the problem. The floor that I bought is no longer available so they told me that I have to purchase all new flooring which I can't afford now. I already did that previously and expected it to last. Now my floor keeps lifting and separating in several spots in my dining room and now it looks like it is going to do the same in the kitchen. My granddaughter hurt her toe on the floor the other day. I have been a long time customer of Lowe's and spent a lot of money but no more. They will not do anything to take care of their terrible job in installing my floors. I will no longer buy anything at Lowe's.

He checked on his phone and we started walking. He showed me shower corner shelves. So I explained what a niche was. He acted like a jerk and yelled at me to get a job. I said you have a shitty attitude and he said if you're going to cuss at me you can leave. I never cussed at you, I said you are a poor representation of Lowe's and you should be ashamed of yourself. I tried to find a manager but none were available. He made a scene and other customers were watching. You people need better customer service training!!!
