    So been a lowes shopper for awhile now had a few bad experiences lately they won't honor prices when the sign shows the picture of a specific tool but has the cheaper item number under it false advertisement and the store manager was extreamly rude about it. Then tonight bought a wrong item and went to return it and the associate at returns said they could not give me store credit for it and it would have to go back to my card. I then asked if there was anything they could do a manager came over was again extramly rude saying they couldn't give me store credit and it then would have to go back to my card . When I started to get upset she then said we can give you cash instead why was that not an option from the get go when I first asked for in store credit and mind you I had my receipt this store is getting awful guess I need to shop else where from now on

    Could not recommend a place less. Gross incompetency in the wood cutting department. Took an hour and a half to try to cut what we wanted. Ended up leaving with nothing. Save yourself time and go to Home Depot.

    Probably one of the worst experiences ive ever had from a "professional" establishment. We ordered a new washer, paid extra for haul-away of old washer and installation of new washer. Installation crew had horrendous customer service topped off with a big language barrier. It was extremely evident that they did not want to perform the installation due to it being a little difficult. They were aggressively fast paced trying to get in and out of the situation as soon as humanly possible. The main delivery guy insisted they could not perform the installation due to a leaking valve. 100% false. Valves have been evaluated and they got an A+ grade. Your installation team gets an F- for shirking the duty they were paid to do. We paid extra for installation that never happened. On top of everything, there was broken Styrofoam pieces EVERYWHERE. Whatever, I can vacuum it up inside the house, but outside in my HOA controlled yard/driveway/street access...no. Had to spend 20 minutes after they left picking up broken Styrofoam pieces blowing around in the wind as well as multiple haphazardly tossed aside cut zip ties. 100% fail. We will be reaching out to local management asap.
