The reason I had no choice today was because I realized after my experience today that Lowe’s has no respect for the customer and the old slogan that the customer is always right no longer means anything. I found some merchandise that was on clearance and clearly marked as such. Before proceeding to check out, I took pictures of the bin and the clearance Price so that there would be no doubt as to the purchase price of the items in question. After I made it to checkout, I was informed that one of the the mangers named Bruce refused to sell me the product and claimed that it was set to be donated to a local charity. Clearly the store made a mistake and should have removed the product entirely from the shelf and or removed the tags and clearance signs, so the public would not think it was for sale. Normally this would be a scenario that the store would just honor the previous clearance signs price and everyone wins. Thanks Bruce Great job today. I think I will go to the competition from now on
- BTBret T.Feb 16, 20264.0It's OK. I felt like everyone with a Lowe's uniform on was trying to avoid eye contact with me. But, to be fair, that is the trend these days. I'm pretty handy so I was able to locate what I needed without any assistance. The issue these days is that when you get to the register to check out there is always a line because almost everybody is understaffed in this economy. I don't blame that on the store , just making an observation.

They have a nice variety, but one guy that we asked once for help ended up kind of following us around at the end after asking a few questions? Then followed us to checkout and said to. It felt really weird. They also ask if we want to pay for a warranty on some stuff we got, told them no, then got told it was apart of buying it anyway, so that was confusing. I was the one asking questions and buying stuff up front, but the workers would look to my guy friend that went with me and even went around the register to hand him a coupon even though he was a few feet away looking at something else. I'm really sorry for what I did.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
