It was a great experience and Diana was the friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. She has such a great attitude and is always smiling. Half way through our agreement it changed over to Extra Space Storage. I was worried about the customer service we would now have but was pleasantly surprised to see Diana sitting at the front desk! I really liked this location because they offer so many different size units, have all the supplies you need right there and they are super clean and in great shape. I would rent here again in heartbeat.
