The gentleman that helped me place the order over the phone was patient and kind. (I wish I could remember his name and I hope his supervisor sees this). The delivery team was very efficient and professional they navigated narrow corners and a step flight of stairs with no damage to the appliances or my walls. And the appliances work great.

Lowes then said the contractor would bring the dishwasher and install it and the fridge. He got here. But wouldn't touch the fridge . But the fridge had to be installed first. They told him to just leave. I got my money back off instalation. Had a son hook it up. I am dealing with cancer or I would of. But the water won't work on the fridge. Called Lowes. To see if the warranty would cover fixing it.. flat out NO. And got rude with us. Said they would replace it but not install it.. this has been a big joke.

I was told they would apply a discount to my purchase. Weeks go by and no discount is applied. I call their store and talk to the manager over appliances, he tells me he will fix it. Months go by and still no discount! I call again, I am told the same thing, that they will add the discount and take care of it. A couple more weeks and still nothing. I call and talk to a manager letting them know I am getting the run around and need it taken care of. They offer me a $50 gift card for the dent and after arguing with them they say the most they will do is $100. I tell them NO for that price I want a replacement fridge without a dent. I am then told I cannot get a replacement as the return window has passed! If someone had let me know months ago, when I was first trying to get this handled that I would be getting such a lousy discount, I would have exchanged it right away. All of the staff I have talked to during this issue have been nasty and rude. I will never return to this store… I am only posting 1 star because it is making me! This place sucks! ZERO stars

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
