The unit I bought online was a lot smaller than I thought so they gave me a discount upgrade for a bigger unit. I would recommend this place over others. They also have an app that allows you open the gate without having to get out of your car or punch in a code. It’s very nice

They also put branded stickers on our personal lock that we can’t remove after having argued to remove the charge for their taped up lock that we immediately returned.

- NSNATALIE SWANMar 24, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Extra Space Storage has been completely unacceptable. Within just a couple of months, my unit developed a serious rodent infestation. Mice got into my belongings and destroyed thousands of dollars’ worth of brand-new items. What makes this even worse is that management was aware multiple units were dealing with the same issue, yet failed to take proper accountability or resolve it. To make matters worse, they attempted to bill me for issues caused by their own rodent problem. That alone is completely unacceptable. On top of everything, my rent was increased by $150 without any reasonable explanation—charging more for a unit that isn’t even properly maintained or secure. The unit was also dirty at move-in. Had I not already arranged help and assumed it was move-in ready, I would have gone elsewhere. This facility is poorly managed, lacks basic upkeep, and does not protect customers or their property. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will be going back to U-Haul, where I’ve used storage multiple times with zero issues—no damage, no infestations, and no surprise price increases.
