She was still confused, but told me a manager from a different location will call me within 24 hours. This never happened, no missed calls in my log. This was weeks ago. ALSO, there is a dangling exposed wire in front of my door. I reported this to staff twice in November and it still hasn't been fixed. It not only appears to be an electrical hazard, but it is preventing my from backing my small trailer into my storage unit because it will catch on the cable. It also makes opening and closing my door extremely difficult as it gets caught in the side rails of the door. See images. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This place encourages you to move in with a low "web rate", then waits about two months after you've filled your space with your things, and then doubles your rate. A slight increase of $5 to $10 every six months or so would make sense, but going from $92 to $189 instantly is criminal. Now I need to rush to move all of my stuff out, fill my apartment with storage boxes, all during Christmas break.

It was worth the hassle of the location, being so close to the 215 offramp made getting to it from Redwood a little tricky, especially when towing a trailer.... but again, it was worth it.
