I would definitely rate them more but it's really difficult to when you really need to get ahold of them and call them over and over and over and absolutely no one answers the phone and it's during business hours!! How are you supposed to do any business or help your customers if you refuse to pick up the phone? Honestly just because of this I'm starting to regret leasing anything from them!! I want to lease from a company that I can actually get ahold of. Really sad.

Highly would not recommend renting from this store.
I walked into the store recently hearing the general manager Katesha yelling at her employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional. She's causing the store to lose customers by the day by doing this and I use to enjoy going to this location and thought I would give it another shot, but nope. She doesn't care about the customers or employees at all. Seems like so many people I used to work with there for my needs quit out of fear, disrespect, lack of training, professionalism, and I don't blame them. I will be taking my business elsewhere because just walking in there once felt like I was on a reality tv show. These are the type of managers you hear about with failed businesses that can't keep customers or employees, not being the right fit for the position they are asked to do and push people away vs bringing in business and supporting their team. Especially on employee appreciation week of all weeks! With her running the store I don't see this location lasting much longer.

Melissa the sales manager is wonderful. Kind understanding and explained things really well. However , the general manager ( not sure how to spell her name but it starts with a K I believe) Anyway she was so rude and downright mean IMHO... we had a financial set back and we needed to put our payment back for 1 week. She wouldn't let me and made me feel awful for even asking . She said that they would come and pick up our stove if we couldn't make our payment on time , even come that day. Her words were cutting and threatening!
I was floored. In all the years we have used Aaron's and a few times of having to ask for a type of grace period, I was never treated this badly. Its not like we have been a bad customer . I even tried to change our due date to align better with our pay periods and she wouldn't budge. She made me feel like I was a bad person for asking. She showed zero compassion for our situation and was mean in her tone.
People are going to have things happen in life , but when they call ahead of time and try to work something out there is no reason to treat them so badly adding to the heartache of what they are already dealing with. I do not and will not ever understand this mentality and after this stove is paid off we will never use this Aaron's ever again. We do not deserve this type of unprofessional behavior, we are a customer and consumer who are paying her paycheck. We have other avenues and will no longer recommend them to family and friends.
I feel after reading other reviews that the corporate office needs to take a good hard look and make some changes to reassure the consumers that you care about the people who use your business and a heartfelt apology should be given!
This quote is fitting. While I do remember what she said , what is crystal clear is how she made me feel and I know I didn't deserve it ...

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
