I paid a few extra to get the precise cut too.Looked at it (should have done prior) and it was not even close to the original. Went back to give them a second chance, key #2 looked promising, came back home and still didn’t turn the lock. Waiting for refund (2-5 Days). Go to Backus in Layton, instead…

The price was okay, and it was very convenient to use, since the kiosk is close to our home. The keys work great! I did pay the $2 additional fee to have the keys ground down a bit to make them function better in the lock. I think that was probably helpful in having the keys work as well as they do. I recommend that little addition. Thank you for providing this service.

When he arrived he wanted $50 for a fee instead of the amount that was previously stated. And he didn’t even fix our problem. Would not use again and I do not recommend to anyone. Edit: And when the owner left this comment below saying they wanted to “make it right”, I called the number at least 5-6 times and the customer service was awful. They continually said “we’ll call you back” each time and never did. This place is an absolute scam.
